Project Description

Commissioned by Theater Rotterdam we have drawn up a Multi-Year Maintenance Plan (MYMP) for the theatre technology inventory and installations as well as for the building-related inventory and the building-related installations. A MYMP for the location Schouwburgplein (TR Schouwburg) and a MYMP for the location on the William Boothlaan (TR8).

The condition measurement carried out gave perfect insight into the current state of inventory and installations. The result is one clear maintenance and investment plan that provides insight into the costs for the coming years.
