Project Description
The present orchestra lighting installation no longer meets current requirements and has reached the end of its service life. The installation should therefore be replaced. There are now several LED fixtures available that can meet the requirements for orchestra lighting. These include dimmability, color temperature, flickr frequency and dimensions.
The new orchestra lighting must meet the wishes of technicians, players and the Noord Nederlands Orchestra.
Our advice
- Kick-off meeting, research and establish starting points; the starting points are determined, also taking into account the interests of (regular) players
- Preparation of the statement of work (incl. estimate and schedule). In the statement of work all details of the orchestra lighting (incl. data and E facilities) are worked out.
- Establishing the qualitative award criteria (trial run);
- Answering Technical Questions Note of Inquiry;
- Co-assessing quality; the tenders received are checked by the municipality for specifications conformity, PBTA takes care of checking the technical content part.
Result
The cooperation with SPOT Groningen for the replacement of the orchestra lighting came about partly because of pleasant collaborations in the past.
For example, we previously created a multi-year maintenance plan (MYMP) for De Ooosterpoort.
