La Bonbonnière – Maastricht

La Bonbonnière, formerly Stadsschouwburg Maastricht, is a theatre hall in the center of Maastricht.
Currently, the building is not in active use.
Commissioned by Planon Building Management, PBTA performed a quickscan of the existing lifting and hoisting equipment (including theatrical fly system, loose hoists and lifting platform) in the theatre hall with a view to future use.

Our quick scan:
The purpose of the study is to determine whether and to what extent the hoisting equipment complies with the applicable regulations and/or what is needed to make it comply with these regulations.
Supply key figures regarding replacement periods and any necessary investment costs such as maintenance and/or replacement costs, for inclusion in the overall Multy Year Maintenance Plan (MYMP).
