We also use advanced 3D modeling in the design phase with the leading program ODEON Room Acoustics, which calculates all important acoustic parameter values. This also makes it possible to listen to the acoustics of a room (hall, museum, etc.) that has not yet been built using speech and music: “auralization”. We also make calculations and perform measurements for the more general areas in your building: reverberation time, air and impact sound insulation, installation sound, etc.
For noise coming from outside (traffic noise, etc.) we calculate the sound insulation of the building envelope: facades, roofs. In the opposite direction – from inside to outside – we limit the noise emission from the building to the environment, especially in the case of dwellings. This mainly concerns music noise, installation noise, etc. PBTA ensures that the legal requirements are met. For this acoustic research, we use Geomilieu software.
