Consulting LED transition and full procurement guidance LED lighting of three halls
(120/120/60 seats) and six classrooms (10 to 40 people). Replacements
consist of current conventional fixtures for LED fixtures, modification and
replacement of E-infrastructure and data installation.

PBTA is responsible for the Program of Requirements, procurement guidance (incl.
work description and award criteria), assessment (incl. light and noise measurements). Prior to the procurement, PBTA also advised the
clients and end-users on the LED transition, including the
(technical and financial) benefits in relation to the LED transition. PBTA used
a heat load calculation and was able to address concerns about the current cooling
of the spaces, these showed a significant improvement.
