There is an increasing demand for Multifunctional Accommodations (often referred to as MFA or MFC) where different functions come together (education, culture, sports, library and theatre of live music).
Such accommodations require a good integration of the various functions so that they reinforce each other. PBTA has extensive experience with these, often complex, buildings (from Program of Requirements to realisation). Here we advise not only on (multifunctional) acoustics and stage technology but certainly also on the necessary installations and the best routing within the building.
