Theater Rotterdam – Schouwburg

On behalf of Theater Rotterdam (Schouwburg), we are supervising the complete process of replacing the entire theatrical fly system (hoist installation).
We are doing this in close cooperation with their head of technology Sebas van Haperen.

Our work
– Quick-scan study of existing installation (incl. zero measurement of installation noise)
– Drawing up planning and estimates
– Drawing up the statement of work
– Drawing up tender instructions (incl. award criteria)
– Draw up Addendum to applicable general terms and conditions
– Request for tenders from suppliers (European public tender)
– Reply to Information Note
– Assess tenders
– Supervision of execution
– Supervision of commissioning inspection
– Draw up statement of remarks (completion) and aftercare

Status
The project has now been awarded to DTS2 and Waagner Biro.
